Steven Mark Fletcher is an English retired footballer who played as a forward for AFC Bournemouth, where he holds the club record for appearances and currently assistant manager Premier League club of AFC Bournemouth. Fletcher began his career at Hartlepool United and made his first team debut in 1990.
