Michaela Tabb, born in 1967 in Bath, is a pioneering snooker and pool referee who became one of the most recognisable officials in cue sports. She began her career in pool, refereeing major events such as the WPA World Nine-ball Championship and the Mosconi Cup, before joining the World Snooker Tour in 2001. Michaela made history as the first woman to officiate a professional ranking snooker event (2002) and the first to referee the World Snooker Championship final (2009, 2012).
