Tysie Gallagher, born in Luton in 1998, is an English professional boxer and a trailblazer for women in the sport. She began training at 11, winning a junior national title before turning pro as Luton’s first female boxer. In 2023 she captured the Commonwealth Super-Bantamweight title, and in 2024 became the first-ever British female super-bantamweight champion. Her drive, skill and historic achievements continue to inspire the next generation of female fighters.
